摘　　要：介绍了一种基于单片机设计的雷达发射机功放电源控制系统。选用ATMEL公司的AT90S8535作为核心器件,由单片机内集成的10 bitA/D进行模数转换,实现实时监测、实时控制、实时显示及报警等功能。给出了该系统的软、硬件主体部分以及电路。实验结果表明,该系统具有精度高、使用简单、成本低和工作稳定可靠等特点,具有一定的应用价值。A design of controller system based on MCU for power of amplifier in radar transmitter is introduced in this paper.The microcomputer ATMEL AT90S8535 is chosen as the core part.The real-time monitoring,controlling,displaying and alarming are implemented by employing A/D device of 10 digits integrated in the computer for the transformation of analog and digit.The main software,hard-ware and circuit diagram are shown in this article.Experimental results show this system has the characteristics of high accuracy,easy use, low cost and good stability, which has the value of applications.
