我国休闲体育发展若干问题浅议

摘　　要：随着社会生活质量的逐步改善,"休闲"观念的社会认同度不断提升,开始走入寻常百姓家。"休闲"在能消除体力疲劳、恢复正常生理状态的作用被肯定的同时,其在人们精神释放与心灵慰藉上所起的作用也日益被人们接受。发展休闲体育具有生命意义、社会意义和经济意义,因此在我国有着广阔的发展空间。在新的社会经济发展环境下通过走中外休闲体育文化与高等教育、社会主义新农村、和谐社会等相结合的发展途径,可使休闲体育迎来更辉煌的未来。With the gradual improvement of the quality of social life, ＂leisure＂ concept is accepted by the society. ＂Leisure＂ can eliminate fatigue ; restore physical function of normal physiological condition. At the same time, its role of spirit consola- tion is also increasingly accepted by people. Development of leisure sports has the meaning of life, social and economic signifi- cance, so it has a broad development space in our country. In the new social economic development environment, the ways that leisure sports culture combine with higher education, socialist new countryside and the harmonious society＇s development can give leisure sports a more brilliant future.
