摘　　要：运动想像疗法基于中枢神经系统的可塑性理论,通过运动意念,促进损害的运动传导路重建,从而实现神经系统修复。运动想像疗法符合脑卒中的康复模式,与许多运动疗法结合用于卒中患者运动功能的恢复,取得了一定的效果。本文就运动想像疗法的研究进展,从背景、机制、方法和疗效等方面进行综述。Motor imagery therapy is based on the theory of plasticity in the central nervous system.Movement with imagery improved reconstruction of damaged motor conduction pathway,and made restoration of central nervous system.Motor imagery adapts to recovery mode of stroke,and was proved to be effective on motor function when applied with physical therapy for stroke patients.This article would review its background,mechanisms,methods and effects,etc.
