摘　　要：目的探讨连接蛋白43在皮肤基底细胞癌和鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其意义。方法对18例皮肤基底细胞癌和20例鳞状细胞癌标本,用免疫组织化学方法(S-P法)检测Cx43,用原位杂交技术检测Cx43mR-NA。利用计算机图像分析系统采集、分析图像,并对数据进行统计学处理。结果Cx43、Cx43mRNA在基底细胞癌中的表达水平均明显高于鳞状细胞癌(P<0.01)。结论Cx43及其mRNA的高表达与基底细胞癌的生物学表现具有相关性。[ Objective ] To investigate the expression and significance of Cx43 and Cx43mRNA in skin basal cell carcinoma and skin squamous cell carcinomas. [Methods] The expressions of Cx43 in 18 BCC and 20 SCC were detected by the immunohistoehemical method of S-P. And the expressions of Cx43 mRNA were detected by in situ hybridization. Pictures were collected and analyzed by computer medical image analysis system, and SPSS statistic method was used to deal with data of result. [Results] The expression levels of Cx43 and Cx43 mRNA in BCC were significantly higher than SCC （P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion] The high expression of Cx43 gene and its protein maybe related to the biological characteristic of basal cell carcinoma.
