喉癌组织中IGF-IR和PKC的表达及与颈淋巴结转移的关系

摘  要:目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子-I受体(IGF-IR)和蛋白激酶C(PKC)在喉鳞状细胞癌(LSCC)组织中的表达,及其与颈淋巴结转移的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法,检测60例喉鳞状细胞癌组织及10例正常喉黏膜组织中IGF-IR及PKC的表达情况。结果IGF-IR和PKC在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达阳性率较正常喉黏膜组织明显增高(P<0.05),且在喉癌组织中颈淋巴结转移组显著高于非淋巴结转移组(P<0.05)。喉鳞状细胞癌组织中,IGF-IR和PKC的表达呈正相关(等级相关系数rs=0.338,P<0.05)。结论喉癌组织中,IGF-IR及PKC的表达可能与颈淋巴结转移密切相关,检测两者的表达对喉癌的手术治疗具有指导意义。[ Objective] To investigate the expression of IGF-IR and PKC in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) and the relationship with cervical lymph node metastasis. [Methods] The expression of IGF-IR and PKC protein were detected by immunohistochemistry technique in 60 cases of LSCC and 10 cases of normal laryngeal epithelium. [ Results ] The positive rate of IGF-IR and PKC expression in LSCC was significantly higher than that in the normal laryngeal epithelium (P 〈0.05), and in cervical lymph node metastasis cases was significantly higher than that in non-lymph node metastasis cases. There was a correlation between the expression of IGF-IR and PKC in LSCC(r1 =0.338 ,P 〈0.05). [ Conclusion ] Expression of IGF-IR and PKC in the laryngeal carcinoma is closely related to cervical lymph node metastasis. The expression of IGF-IR and PKC's detection has a great significance in surgical treatment of LSCC.
