摘　　要：在教育大众化改革中,新建本科院校面临着机遇和挑战。其中会计学是实务性较强的一个专业,要培养应用型的人才需要对人才培养模型进行创新,可以从教学体系构建、教学手段、教学方法、教学质量监控体系、考试评价体系、师资队伍建设、弹性学制等角度进行创新。During the reform of popularization of education, Newly-built universities are facing opportunities and challenges. Accounting is a strong practical speciality, to cultivating applicable talents, it is necessary to innovate the training model of talents. It can be done from foUowing aspects, including the institution of teaching system, teaching means ,teaching methods, the monitoring system of teaching quality, the evaluative system for examination , the building of faculty, the flexible educational system.
