摘  要:目的探讨阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者的长潜时感觉性诱发电位的特点。方法应用丹麦电生理仪以及光和声刺激,对39例AD患者和40名正常老年人的视觉诱发电位(VEP)和听觉诱发电位(AEP)进行对照研究。结果部分AD患者VEP形成双峰,AEP趋向低而宽大。AD患者VEP和AEP的P3潜伏期在顶区均右侧(VEP377±44毫秒,AEP388±27毫秒)长于左侧(VEP372±44毫秒,AEP381±26毫秒),P<0.05。与对照组比较,AD患者AEP主成分以及VEP的P3潜伏期和AEP、VEP的P2、P3波幅均延迟和下降(P<0.05或<0.01)。Objective To investigate the variations of long latency auditory evoked potential (AEP) and visual evoked potential (VEP) in patients with Alzheimer′s disease (AD). Methods Both AEP and VEP were elicited from 39 patients definitely diagnosed as Alzheimer′s disease and 40 normally age matched subjects by presenting them auditory and visual stimuli, using a Dantec Concerto SEEG 16 Instrument. Results A double peak waveform of VEP was found in some AD patients. The AEP of AD patients presented a plain and wide waveform. No significant difference was found between the results recorded at Fz, Cz and Pz ( P >0.05). A longer AEP P 3 latency was found at C 4 than at C 3 in AD patients ( P <0.05). Compared with the controls, AD patients showed a prolonged P 3 latency, decreased P 2 and P 3 amplitudes at both AEP and VEP ( P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion The 50~500 ms components of AEP and VEP could reflect the cognitive dysfunction of Alzheimer′s disease.
