摘　　要：文章通过对德国天主教神学家默茨"新政治神学"思想的言说语境的分析,并对默茨思想中两个重要的概念"实践"和"苦难记忆"的解读,揭示出默茨神学思想中浓厚的社会关怀意向。the paper intends to analyze the context of a German Catholicism theologist , J. B. Metz＇s neopolitical theology. Furthermore, on the basis of the two important conceptions in his thought, practise and momeory of me tribulation （ memoria passionis ） , the author tries to indicate the consumingly consciousness of social concern in Metz＇s theology.
