摘  要:施工截流设计是水利水电枢纽工程设计的关键性项目之一。针对长洲水利枢纽工程施工期需先后完成三条江的截流,施工时间跨度长,截流设计流量、龙口流速及落差较大,坝址属较易被冲刷的软基河床等特点,截流设计需综合考虑通航及向下游供水等外部条件的制约,妥善解决各项技术难题。笔者对长洲水利枢纽一期外江、二期内江、三期中江等截流设计进行了总结与回顾。Construction closure design is one of the critical components of design for a water conservancy and hydropower project. With respect to Changzhou Hydraulic Complex, construction closure needs to be done on three rivers successively during construction period. Such work takes long period of time, characterized by big design flow, fast flow velocity at closure gap and large water head. In addition, the dam site locates at the riverbed with soft foundation easy to be scoured. The closure design shall therefore take into account external conditions including navigation and water supply to the downstream so as to solve technical problems involved. The paper presents a review on river closure design of the outer river, the inner river and the mid river during the first, the second and the third phase construetion of the Complex respectively.
