摘　　要：本研究采用膨胀蛭石作为阻燃剂,在实验室试制出了用作防火门芯层材料的三明治结构阻燃刨花板。探讨膨胀蛭石添加比例、板材密度和水玻璃用量对蛭石阻燃刨花板物理力学性能和阻燃性能的影响。A sandwich structure fire-retardant particleboard, which aimed for the core material of fireproofing doors, was prepared in laboratory using heat-expanded vermiculite as a fire-retardant material. The effects of the vermiculite percentage, board density and soluble glass dosage on the physical and mechanical properties, and fire retardant performance were discussed.
