摘　　要：为满足社会对创新型人才的需求,加强实践教学的改革与实践,从培养大学生创新精神和实践能力的角度出发,提出了以科研促进实践教学的发展、重视工程实践能力的培养以及加强创新基地建设的若干设想.To satisfy the requirement of innovative personnel from the society,and enhance the reform and the practice on the practical teaching,some thoughts were put forward from the aspect of training the innovation spirit and practice ability of university,such as emphasizing the development of practice teaching by scientific research,reinforcing the education of engineering practical ability,and strengthening the construction in innovation base.
