摘 要:为提高空斗砖墙建筑的抗震性能,针对农村民居中大量存在的空斗墙砌体房屋的抗震性能从试验到工程设计开展研究,对空斗砖墙试件加固前、后的抗震性能进行大量的试验、比较。试验结果证明,通过复合砂浆钢筋网加固后的空斗砖砌体结构的初裂荷载和极限荷载均大幅度提高平均约60%,其刚度、延性、整体性和抗震性能也都被明显提高。根据试验结果提出了复合砂浆钢筋网薄层对空斗墙圈梁、构造柱、剪刀撑的加固方法。该技术性能可靠、构造简单、经济实用、适合在我国广大农村推广使用,对空斗墙农居的抗震加固方法可供广大工程师参考借鉴。In view of the existence of large number of rural buildings with cavity wall, in order to improve the anti-seismic performance of the buildings, a large number of tests and comparison of the anti-seismic performance of the cavity walls were carried out both before and after they were strengthened. Experimental results show that, there is a substantial increase about 60% of the initial cracking load and ultimate load by the strengthening method of the High Performance Ferro-eement Laminate (HPFL). The stiffness, ductility, integrity and seismic performance of cavity wall were markedly improved as well. According to the test results, authors put forward a set of strengthening methods based on the HPFL to reinforce cavity wall ring beams, construction columns, and the scissors. This technology is reliable, simple in construction, economical and suitable to use in rural areas of China. The anti-seismic strengthening method of cavity wall proposed in this paper can provide references to engineers.
