2009年某高校高知高干体检生化指标分析

摘　　要：目的了解高知高干体检者七项生化指标检测水平。方法采用日本全自动生化分析仪检测493名高知高干体检者转氨酶、空腹血糖、血脂等七项生化指标进行统计分析。结果空腹血糖（FBG）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）随年龄增长上升，而丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、甘油三酯（TG）随年龄增长下降，但性别间ALT、TG、TC三项指标随年龄变化规律不同，男性尿酸（UA）水平和阳性率显著高于女性，差异有统计学意义，并在35～岁年龄组中处于最高水平。结论高知高干人群健康状况不容乐观，空腹血糖、血尿酸和血脂阳性率均高于20％，而35～岁年龄组的男性高知高干人群，多项生化指标检测水平和阳性率同其他年龄组相比处于最高水平，应加强健康教育和干预策略，预防疾病发生。Objective To investigate the changes of alamin aminotransferase, fasting blood glucose, l ipids and uric acid of senior intellectuals and cadres in different genders and age groups. Methods The biochemical parameters of 493 cases were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer （Japan）, and the data were processed by statistical analysis. Results FBG, TC, LDL - C, HDL - C elevated with age increasing; however, ALT and TG reduced with age increasing. The changes of ALT, TG, and TO with age were different between men and women. UA was significantly higher in the male group than that in the female group, with the highest level in the age group of 35--44 years, and the difference was statistically significant between male group and female group. Conclusions The health status of senior intellectuals and cadres is not optimistic. The ratios of impaired fasting glucose, hyperuricemia and hyperlipidaemia are respectively higher than 20 96. The levels and positive rates of ALT, UA, TG, HDL - C of male intellectuals and cadres in the age group of 3.5 -- 44 years are the highest among all age groups. It is an urgent task to undertake effective health education and intervention in these people so as to prevent the occurrence of diseases.
