摘　　要：从做好设备采购预算,重视预算执行情况分析,提升管理部门的管理水平,整合学校资源、提高资产使用效率和加强监督等5个方面展开研究,对高校设备采购的业务流程进行梳理,提出设备采购与财务管理有机结合的思路,旨在提高高校设备资源的利用率以及资金的使用效益。The equipment purchase by govermment in colleges and universities is gradually moving towards standardization. From the following five aspects, making the budget of equipment purchase well, paying great attention to analysing the situation of the budget implementation, improving the management level of management departments, integrating the school resources and raising the efficiency of utilization, and enhancing the supervision, this article carries on studies. By putting the professional process of the equipment purchase of colleges and universities in order, this article puts forward the idea of the organic combination between the equipment purchase and financial management in order to increase the utilization rate of equipment resources and the utilization benefit of funds in colleges and universities.
