摘　　要：采用陕西省外资企业年检财务数据,使用多种参数估计方法,对陕西省外资企业股权与企业绩效的关系进行了实证检验,验证了跨国公司的独资倾向对企业绩效的促进作用,揭示外资企业的独资化趋势与企业效率的提高具有一致性。Empirical test is carried to the Shaanxi foreign shares and enterprise performance relationship, with Shaanxi foreign erterprise yearly fiscal data and several parameter estimate methods. The promotion effect on the enterprise performance that the wholly- owned tendency of MNCs has is validated. It shows that there is consistency between the wholly- owned tendancy of MNCs and the performance improvement of enterprises.
