摘　　要：儿科学临床实习是儿科学教学的重要组成部分，是医学生专业角色转变的关键阶段。带教教师应在临床带教中注意教学方法改革，运用多种教学方式，优化教学过程，为学生创造临床实践机会，充分调动学生学习的积极性，从而提高儿科学临床实习教学质量。Pediatric clinical practice is both a significant part of pediatrics teaching and a key stage for medical students to transform their professional roles.
