教学型四轴数控滚齿机的研制

摘　　要：在深入分析高质量数控技术人才社会需求的基础上,指出了实践教学在数控技术人才培养中的重要作用,并为数控技术实践教学研制了教学型四轴数控滚齿机及其数控系统,介绍了该滚齿机数字化建模,分析了滚齿时各轴运动关系,并加工出齿轮样件。Based on analyzing the social demand of high-quality numerical control（NC）technology talents,this paper proposes the importance of practice teaching in the cultivating of NC technology talents,and develops a 4-Axis NC Gear Hober with its NC system used for NC technology practice teaching.Digitization modeling of Gear Hober is introduced,the relationship among the motion of all the axes is analyzed,and gear samples are produced.
