摘  要:[目的]研究鱼体中硝基苯残留的测定方法。[方法]样品经丙酮提取、水蒸气蒸馏净化、苯反萃取,采用气相色谱-质谱法测定。[结果]硝基苯的峰面积与质量浓度在5~1 000 ng/ml范围内呈线性关系,相关系数>0.999,回收率为75%~110%,相对标准偏差为4.64%~6.13%,最低检测限为3.0μg/kg。[结论]该研究建立了鱼体中硝基苯残留的气相色谱-质谱法,方法简便、快速、准确。[ Objective ] A method for determining residue of uitrobenzene in fish was studied. [ Method ] The sample was extracted with acetone, cleaned-up with water vapour, and extracted by benzene. The mass spectrometer was operated for qualitative and quantitative analysis of nitrobenzene. [ Result ] The correlation coefficient of linear calibration curve was over 0. 999 within the nitrobenzene concentration range 5 - 1 000 ng/ml. The recovery rate for nitrobenzene was between 75% and 110%. The relative standard deviation was between 4.64% and 6.13% and the limit of detection was 3.0 μg/kg for GC-MS. [ Conclusion] A simple, rapid and high accuracy method for determining residue of uitrobenzene in fish was established using gas chromatography and mass spectrometry.
