摘  要:[目的]研究欧李对碳酸盐胁迫的光合响应。[方法]以浓度为100、200、300 mmol/L的NaHCO3溶液浇灌3年生欧李苗,在盆栽条件下,于第7、11、15、21、30、36天测定苗木光合作用各项指标。[结果]随胁迫时间的延长,处理植株的气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、净光合速率(Pn)均呈现先升高后降低的趋势,前期高于对照,后期低于对照。胞间CO2浓度(Ci)前期升高,中期下降,后期变化不大。叶绿素a含量在前期变化不大,中期呈上升趋势,后期有所下降;叶绿素a叶/绿素b在整个处理时期变化平稳。[结论]整个处理期间,欧李显示出较强的耐盐性。[ Objective ] The reaction of photosynthesis of Cerasus humilis to salinity Stress was researched. [ Method ] The photosynthesis index of three-year age Cerasus humilises planted in potted experiment were irrigated with different concentration of NaHCO3 solution( 100, 200 and 300 mmol/L) was measured on the 7th, llth, 15th, 21st, 30th and 36th day. [Result] The results indicated that the change of Gs, Tr and Pn were firstly increased then declined in the whole stress period, which was higher in prophase and lower in anaphase than that of control. The content of Ci was increased in prophase, declined in metaphase and did not clearly change in anaphase. The content of chlorophyll was not clearly in prophase and metaphase, and declined in anaphase. The change chlorophyll a/b was calmly in the whole stress period. [ Conclusion] Cerasus humilis endured salinity more strongly in the whole stress period.
