摘  要:采用正交试验法,详细分析了矿用牙轮钻头55SiMoV滚柱直接淬火和渗碳淬火。然后,将它们与具有不同含碳量渗碳表面和淬火硬度的20CrNiMo牙爪组成摩擦副。分析其磨损试验结果与表面磨损形貌情况可知,55SiMoV渗碳淬火的平均磨损量比直接淬火低了22.8%,且摩擦副的平均磨损量比直接淬火低了12.5%。By orthogonal test, the paper analyzes two following heat-treatment methods for 55SiMoV rollers: one is carburizing and quenching, and the other is direct quenching. Then, friction pairs are made up of 2OCrNiMo jaws with suoCaees of different carbon contents and quenching hardness and them. Their wear experimental results and wear morphology show that the average wear capacity of 55SSiMoV carburizing and quenching is lower than direct quenching by 22.8%, and the average wear capacity of the friction pair is lower than the direct by 12.5 %.
