摘 要:简单介绍了虚拟现实软件Virtools 4.0,以及基于此软件构建的综采支护虚拟现实系统框架和人机交互平台,详细分析了各个组成结构的功能和实现方法。此外,还分析了系统通信原理,并通过编写脚本模块解决了虚拟平台和PLC控制箱的通信问题,实现了采用虚拟面板和实体按钮两种操作手段与系统进行交互,对虚拟现实技术在煤矿的应用有着重要意义。This paper introduces Virtools 4.0, which is a simple virtual reality software, the framework of the virtual reality system for hydraulic supports on the full mechanized mining face and the establishment of human-computer interactive platform based on this software, and analyzes functions and implement methods of all integral structures in details. Besides, it also analyzes the systematic communication theory, solves the communication problems between the virtual platform and PLC control casting by composing script modules, realizes the interaction between the two operating measures of virtual panel and physical buttons and the system, and this is of important significance for the coal mine.
