增殖细胞核抗原在神经母细胞瘤中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的：为明确增殖细胞核抗原在神经母细胞瘤中的表达及其临床意义。方法：对２０例神经母细胞瘤及对照组５例采用免疫组织化学染色进行回顾性研究。结果：神经母细胞瘤中增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）及增殖细胞核Ｋｉ－６７抗原（Ｋｉ－６７）阳性者均为２０例，随着临床分期的升高，Ⅲ～Ⅳ级的表达率也明显增高；对照组５例均为阴性。结论：在小儿神经母细胞瘤中，ＰＣＮＡ及Ｋｉ－６７是反应肿瘤细胞活性的敏感指标。Objective: To evaluate the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) and assess its clinical significance in neuroblastoma. Methods: Twenty specimens of neuroblastoma were studied retrospectively with immuno stained method for PCNA and Ki 67. Results: The expressions of PCNA and Ki 67 were positive in all 20 specimens. There was a positive correlation between the degree of the expression and the clinical staging. The expressions of PCNA and Ki 67 were absent in all specimens of the control group. Conclusions: PCNA and Ki 67 are sensitive tumour markers of neuroblastoma, and have some predictive value at the prognosis.
