恶性肿瘤患者血清SIL-2R水平测定及临床意义

摘　　要：对24例临床确诊为恶性肿瘤的患者进行血清可溶性白细胞介素-2受体（SIL-2R）检测。结果表明：（1）恶性肿瘤患者血清中SIL-2R水平与正常对照组有显著性差异。（2）恶性肿瘤病人经放、化治疗后，SIL-2R水平明显下降，治疗前后SIL-2R对比有显著性差异。上述结果提示SIL-2L水平测定可作为恶性肿瘤病人放、化疗后，机体免疫功能状态的指标之一。The serum SIL-2R levels was measured by ELISA in tumor patient with malignant tumor. The results showed that the SIL-2R level in malignant tumor patients was significantly higher than in healthy adults(P < 0.001). After therapy the SIL-2R level was decreased and therewas significant difference compared with before therapy (P < 0. 05)Suggesting SIL-2R level in tumor patients was related to disease activity.
