摘　　要：针对绝缘陶瓷电火花加工的工艺特点及其复杂性,提出了一个基于神经网络的绝缘陶瓷电火花加工工艺效果预测模型,可映射电参数与加工结果之间的关系。计算机仿真结果显示了其良好的预测精度,最后分析了引起预测误差的原因。According to the character of EDM technology and its complexity,a forecasting model of technological effect for EDM of insulating ceramics based on ANN is presented,which can reflect the rela-tionship between machining result and electrical parameters.The result of simulation shows high forecast-ing accuracy.At last,the reasons to cause the forecasting error are analyzed.
