麻果所致精神障碍者艾森克人格分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨麻果所致精神障碍者的人格特征和确定吸食麻果的高危人群,以便更好地预防和控制麻果滥用。方法:本文应用艾森克人格问卷简式量表对2007年1月至2008年2月在武汉精神病医院精神科住院的29位麻果所致精神障碍的患者进行测评。并与正常人进行对照分析。结果:显示研究组各因子分与正常人相比差异有显著性。P分数平均值偏低,E、L分数平均值偏高。结论:说明麻果滥用者人群性格倾向于外向型好交际,渴望刺激和冒险,情感易于冲动,很容易适应外部环境,掩饰性强,应属于吸食麻果的高危人群。具有这些人格特征的人应作为药物滥用重点预防对象,对其加强药物滥用预防宣传教育、管理和控制。Objective ： In order to prevent and control the abuse of MaGuo better, this paper presents an analytical study of the personality traits of mental disorders caused by MaGuo and fixes the high - risk groups of smoking MaGuo. Methods： From Jaunary 2007 to February 2008, 29 mental disorders caused by MaGuo in Wuhan Psychiatric Hospital were evaluated by Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Short Scale. And then the datum was compared with the normal＇s. Results： It can be seen from the paper that there are significant differences in the factor scores between the study groups and the normal. The average fraction of P is lower than the normal＇s, on the other hand, the average fraction of E and L is higher. Conclusions： From the paper, we can find out the characters of the MaGuo abusers, which are apt to extravert and sociability. They are eagar for stimulation and adventure and their emotion are prone to impulsion. It is easy for them to acclimatize the environment and it is hard to find them out. Conclusions： Accordingly, the medical treatment on the new type of drugs not only need to get rid of the drug addiction, but also need a systematic therapy to resist psychopathy. It is also important to pay attention to the jeopardize of new drugs at the same time.
