摘  要:改革开放30年来因体制改革、中外思想文化的影响和高等教育界的学习探索,中国的高校人才培养在实际运行中经历了从社会本位、市场本位到以人为本的转变。这种转变既有利于高校学生的全面发展,增强学生的适应性,实现人才强国的目标,也有利于保障人的个性与自由以及促进古今文化的融会创新和中外文化的沟通交流,因而这一思想的贯彻实施将对国民素质的提高、民族文化的复兴与和谐世界的建立产生积极效应。As the impact of system reform, the thought and culture between China and foreign countries, and the exploration of higher educational circles, talent cultivation in chinese universities has undergone a transformation from social orientation and market orientation to human orientation in the practical operation. This transformation is good not only for college students' all-round development, their social adaptability, and the realization of strengthening country by talent, but also for the guarantee of individuality and freedom. Furthermore, it accelerates the combination between ancient and modem culture and the intercommunion between international cultures. Carrying out and implementing this thought might have positive effects on the improvement of national quality, the renaissance of national culture and the establishment of humanious world.
