摘　　要：中小企业在国民经济中占有举足轻重的地位,同时中小企业的间接融资也是我们不容忽视的问题。本文通过SWOT分析模型来对中小企业融资目前所处的内部环境和外部环境进行了系统分析,并针对中小企业间接融资中的问题提出了相应的对策。In the national economy, the SME occupies a pivotal position, while the SME＇s indirect financing is what we should not be ignored. In this paper, We analyze the small and medium enterprises＇ finance which lie in the internal environment and external environment by SWOT analysis model, and for the issue of the SME indirect financing we put forward corresponding countermeasures.
