摘　　要：分析了朔黄铁路运输特征和现状,针对既有问题,从提高列车牵引总重、缩短列车间隔、加强供电区间改造等运输组织优化角度提出了相应的扩能措施,并指出合理组织货源,充分利用物流手段实现钟摆式运输,可以更好实现资源配置的最佳组合和整体效益最大化。This paper analyzes the characteristics and current situation of the railway transportation along Shuo-Huang section, proposes corresponding measures for its capacity expansion and points out that efficient organization of the supplies of goods and the employment of pendulum transportation are the ways to better the integration of existing resources and to realize the maximum benefit on the whole.
