摘　　要：目的运用Demirjian法评估汉族人群第三磨牙的矿化发育。方法运用Demirjian法测定1485名汉族人群的4个第三磨牙达到各个矿化发育阶段的平均年龄和正常范围,比较同性别人群左右侧、上下颌第三磨牙及不同性别人群第三磨牙矿化发育的差异。结果第三磨牙发育女性早于男性,下颌早于上颌,左右侧无差异。结论汉族人群第三磨牙的矿化发育有独特的规律。Objective To estimate the third molar （M3） s mineralization of the Han nationality people using Demirjian methods.Methods The Demirjian distinguish software was used to estimate the mean age when the third molar （M3） mineralized to each maturity stage and each M3 s mineralization process was compared.Results The development of M3 appeared earlier in girls than in boys,and earlier in the mandible than in the maxillary.There was no significant difference between the left and right side.Conclusions The development and mineralization of the third molar has its own regularity.
