摘　　要：本文针对2003年全国大学生数学建模竞赛D题,较为详细讨论了选手到达终点的速度条件和角度条件,对于流速变化的区域利用变上限的定积分,给出了一种最优控制模型。In this article, the rate condition and angle condition for player to arrive terminal point is discussed detailed, and a kind of optimizing control model for variant region of current velocity is given with definite integral of variable upper limit, for the problem D in the mathematical modeling competition of crossing the Chang, jiang River in 2003.
