依卡倍特钠治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察依卡倍特钠与泵三联合用治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡的临床效果。观察其是否可以提高幽门螺杆菌的根除率。方法:选择200例幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡患者,随机分为三联疗法加依卡倍特钠组(治疗组,104例)和泵三联组(对照组,96例)两组。治疗组给予依卡倍特钠1.5g,每天2次,奥美拉唑20mg+克拉霉素500mg+甲硝唑400mg,每天2次,连服7d。对照组服用奥美拉唑20mg+克拉霉素500mg+甲硝唑400mg,每天2次,连服7d。所有患者服药时间均为早餐后30min和晚餐后30min。结果:治疗组胃溃疡有效率为89.42%,对照组为79.20%,两组在临床症状改善、溃疡愈合及Hp转阴三个方面比较,差异均有统计学意义,且在上腹疼痛症状的缓解时间上治疗组明显优于对照组。治疗组患者有良好的耐受性。结论:依卡倍特钠加入到泵三联中治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡有显著的疗效,使用安全方便,疗程缩短,提高了溃疡的愈合率,未见明显的不良反应。依卡倍特钠能增强泵三联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌的疗效。Objective：To evaluate the effect of ecabet sodium to the standard triple therapy in gastric ulcers relevant to helicobacter pylori, and whether it improve eradication rate. Methods ：200 patients with gastric ulcers to relevant Helicobacter pylori, pepticulcer patients were assigned to 2 groups randomly： ecabet sodium to the standard triple therapy group with 104 cases （the therapy group）, the triple group with 96 cases （contrast group）.The patients in the therapy group received ecabetsodium （1.5 g,bid） Omerazole （20 mg, bid）＋ Metronidazole （400 mg,bid）＋ Clarithromycin （500 mg, bid） for 1 week; the contrast group received Omerazole （20 mg, bid）＋Metronidazole （400 mg, bid）＋ Clarithromycin （500 mg,bid） for 1 week. All patients were taken medition in 30 minutes after breakfast and dinner. Results：The effective rates of the two regimens showed significant difference in the treatment of gastrieulcer （89.42%vs79.20%, 0.025〈P〈0.05）. The curerate of gastriculeer of the therapy group was higher than that in contrast group （92.30%vs81.25%, 0.01〈P〈0.05）. The patients had good tolerance and experience in the therapy groups, but the up abdomen ache lysis time was more significant difference in the treatment group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Ecabetsodium to the standard triple therapy is high effective and safe in the treatment of gastric ulcers relevant to helicobacter pylori ,reduce the course of treatments,there was no significant side reaction, raise the curerate of gastriculcer.Ecabet sodium improves the efficacy of the standard triple.
