摘　　要：依据食品安全性评价程序,对高蛋白低聚肽奶粉进行了相关的毒理学安全性评价。结果表明,雌、雄小鼠急性经口LD50>10g(每千克体重),属实际无毒级。小鼠骨髓微核试验、精子畸形试验结果均呈阴性;30d喂养试验中,各组大鼠生长发育良好,主要脏器指数、血常规指标及生化指标均在正常值范围内,未见组织病理学改变。According to Procedures for toxicological assessment of food, Acute toxicity test, Mice sperm abnormality test, Bone marrow cell micronucleus test and thirty-day feeding study were used to assess the toxicity of high-protein ＆amp; peptide-enriched milk powder. The results showed that the LD50 of male mice and female mice was higher than 10 g/kg BW, so high-protein ＆amp; peptide-enriched milk powder is of no poison. The thirty-day feeding study in rats demonstrated that it had no distinctive effects on blood cell index and biochemical index. NoPathobiological changes was ocurred in all tested rats.
