摘　　要：目的评价2型糖尿病与抵抗素基因-420C>G多态性的关系。方法通过PubMed、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普、万方数据库进行文献检索,收集有关抵抗素基因-420C>G多态性同2型糖尿病关系的病例对照研究结果,应用RevMan4.2软件进行Meta分析,计算合并OR值,并利用漏斗图分析和线性回归法评估发表偏倚的影响。结果共有9篇符合条件的文献被纳入Meta分析,包括2型糖尿病患者4 580例和对照者3 659例;等位基因C与G(OR=0.99,95%CI=0.90~1.08,P>0.05)之间、基因型CC与CG(OR=1.04,95%CI=0.94~1.16,P>0.05)和CC与GG(OR=0.98,95%CI=0.84~1.15,P>0.05)之间均未显示出与2型糖尿病有关。结论从病例对照的研究结果看,尚无足够证据证明抵抗素基因-420位点多态性与2型糖尿病有关。Objective To evaluate the relationship between resistin gene-420C〉G polymprphisms and type 2 diabetes.Methods Through literature retrieval from PubMed,CBM,CNKI,Weipu and Wanfang,the study results about the relationship between resistin gene-420C〉G polymorphisms and type 2 diabetes were collected to make meta-analysis.REVMAN 4.2 was used to compute the value of total odds ratio（OR）,and the effect of publication bias was evaluated with the mehtod of funnel plot and linear regression analysis.Results A total of nine papers concerning 4580 diabetics and 3659 controls were included in the meta-analysis.Heterogeneity analysis showed all of the I^2 were less than 50%.There was no significant difference in the comparisons of resistin-420 allele gene C vs G（OR=0.99,95%CI：0.901.08,P〉0.05）,so as in the different genotypes of CC vs CG（OR=1.04,95%CI：0.94-1.16,P〉0.05） and CC Vs GG（OR=0.98,95%CI：0.84-1.15,P〉0.05）.Conclusion From the results of case-control studies,there is no enough evidence to prove resistin gene-420C〉G polymorphisms is associated with type 2 diabetes.
