摘　　要：分析了以需求为价格的线性函数,生产成本及市场需求同时发生变化时,三级供应链的协调应对问题;给出了集权供应链应对突发事件的最优策略,并提出新的利益共享契约,来协调应急环境下的三级供应链。Analyze a three-stage Supply Chain disruption management decisions when demand is a linear function of the price, the scale of market demand and production cost disrupt simultaneously,give the optimal response of the supply chain as a whole to the disruptions,and suppose the new revenue-sharing contract to coordinate the disrupted supply chain.
