摘　　要：目的观察无机三氧化聚合物(MTA)用于根管倒充填的临床治疗效果。方法对2005年10月至2007年9月采用MTA作倒充填治疗的18例患者,20颗患牙定期复查并摄X线片,观察评估治疗效果。结果15例根尖周暗影明显缩小或消失,其中8例患者,9颗患牙根尖区出现类似硬骨板影像;2例根尖周影像变化不明显,其中1例因患者术后不适失败。结论MTA在根尖封闭性、根尖周骨组织再生方面都有良好的效果,是一种较好的倒充填材料,但长期效果仍有待观察。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of root-end filling with mineral trioxide aggregate （MTA）. Methods Eighteen cases （twenty teeth） were carried out in endodontic surgery and root-end filling by MTA, which were chosen from the Chongqing Stomatological Hospital since Octoher 2005 to September 2007 and had follow-up examination periodically. Meanwhile, the clinical effect was evaluated by radiography. Results The radiolucent regions of fifteen cases lessened or disappeared,and the cement-like substance was observed on the apical area in eight cases （nine teeth）. Two cases remained the radiolueent region and one tooth was extracted as a failed case. Conclusion MTA has famous effects in apical sealing and bone regeneration. It is a good root-end filling material but the curative effect still needs long-term studies.
