摘　　要：目的探讨食管癌手术后并发乳糜胸的诊断治疗及预防。方法回顾分析本科11例食管癌术后并发乳糜胸的临床资料。结果11例中保守治疗3例,2例治愈,1例中转手术。手术治疗9例均治愈。结论保守治疗及手术治疗应根据患者不同情况灵活应用,多能取得较好疗效。Objective To explore the treatment and prevention for chylothorax after esophageal cancer operation. methods To review and analyze the clinical data of 11 cases of chylothorax after esophageal cancer operation. Results In 11 cases,conservative treatment was used in 3 cases, 2 patients were cured and 1 was transferred to surgical treatment. Other 9 patients with surgical treatment were cured too. Conclusion Conservative treatment and surgical treatment with better effect should be used differently based on patients conditions.
