摘　　要：在国家权力与公民权利冲突尤为激烈的刑事诉讼场域,被追诉人权利救济有利于保障公民权利,有利于防范国家权力滥用,有利于对公民与国家之间冲突的和平解决以及中国与世界各国的司法协助。并且对于和谐社会的构建也具有非常重要的意义。In the criminal field where violent conflict between national power and civil rights exists, the relief of rights for the accused can help protect civil rights, prevent the abuse of state power, promote the peaceful settlement of conflicts between nation and citizen and the mutual legal assistance in the world and is of great significance in the construction of a harmonious society.
