摘  要:高校形势政策课除了完成其基本的教育功能外,更要从教育观念改革的高度发挥其全面教育功能,以实现高校课程综合素质教育的目的。形势政策课要明确教学目标,充分发挥其培养大学生思想道德素质教育的作用;注重课程的文化素质教育功能,提高课程的教学质量;努力开发课程的创新与实践教育功能,贴近学生心理,使其起到身心健康教育的功效。Situation and policy course, besides fulfilling the fundamental education functions, should give play to its comprehensive function from the aspect of reforming education concept in order to achieve the purpose of implementing comprehensive quality education. Teaching objective should be made clear, full scope be given to its role in cultivating students' ideology, priority be given to its role in performing culture -oriented quality education and teaching quality be improved. Moreover, efforts should be made to tap its function in developing students' innovative and practical ability, to make it accessible to students' psychology, and serve as a means to make students sound in mind and body.
