摘　　要：本文通过介绍我国近三年渔业水域污染的现状,指出渔业水域污染是导致我国水产品质量下降的首要因素。为提高我国水产品质量及其国际竞争力,本文在分析我国渔业水域污染的种类及其产生的原因的基础上,提出了适合我国国情的有针对性、实效性的防治渔业水域污染的法律对策。This essay has introduced the situation of fisheries water area pollution in China in the last three years and pointed out that fisheries water area pollution is the main reason which made our seafood quality and safety decreased. To improve our seafood quality and international market competition, the article has analyzed the types and the causes of the fisheries water area pollution, on the basis of this, author has proposed some suggestions to prevent and control fisheries water area pollution in China.
