摘 要:采用壳聚糖和双氰胺为原料,制备了壳聚糖双胍衍生物,研究了反应时间、温度、pH值及壳聚糖和双氰胺的投料比等因素对产率的影响,采用L9(34)正交试验确定了最佳合成工艺。研究了对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。同时,采用不同用量的整理剂对经过氧化预处理的羊毛织物进行抗菌整理,通过对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌活性的测定,得出最佳整理工艺。结果表明,整理剂用量为20%(owf)时能达到最好的抑菌活性,在经过数次洗涤后,抑菌率仍能高达97%以上。In this paper, we used chitosan and dicyandiamide as raw materials to prepare biguanidinylated chitosan. Also, some parameters, such as reactive time, temperature, pH value, the molar radio of chitosan and dicyandiamide, were researched, and L9(3^4) orthogonal test was used to obtain the best synthesis process. The MICs against Escherichia eoli and Staphylococcus acureus were got through antimicrobial test. At the same time, the wool fabrics, pretreated by 1-I202, were treated by finishing agents with different concentrations. Through the determination of the antimicrobial activity to Staphylococcus acureus, we got the best finishing process. The results showed that the amount of finishing agent for 20 % (owf) achieved their best antimicrobial activity. After several washing, the inhibition rate was still as high as 97%.
