舒筋壮骨胶囊的药效学实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察舒筋壮骨胶囊的抗炎镇痛作用。方法通过采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀实验、对小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性及对琼脂肉芽肿的影响观察其抗炎作用;通过热板实验、扭体实验及压痛实验观察其镇痛作用。结果抗炎实验中药物中、高剂量组明显抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀度、抑制醋酸所致的腹腔毛细血管的渗出以及明显抑制琼脂肉芽肿(P<0.05或P<0.01);对二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓急性渗出性炎症以及琼脂肉芽肿的慢性炎症反应有明显作用。3个剂量药物组给药后蛋清所致足跖肿胀度明显减轻(P<0.05或P<0.01)。镇痛实验中药物3个剂量组于末次给药后30～60min耐受热痛刺激的时间明显延长;中、高剂量药物组扭体潜伏期明显延长和扭体次数明显减少;给药后30min压痛测定值明显增大(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论该药有明显的抗炎镇痛作用。[Objective ] To observe the effects of anti-inflammation and analgesic of Shujinzhuanggu （SJZG）. [Methods] Experiments of dimethylbenzene inducing tumefaction of ears, egg white inducing hind paw swelling and agar-agar inducing granuloma in rats, osmosis of abdomen capillary vessel were done to observe anti-inflammatory effect. Through hot board method, vinegar twist body method and stretching method were used to observe the analgesia effect. [ Results ] SJZG of middle and high dose group has significant effect of inhibitory on all the animal models （P〈0.01 and P〈0.05）. The inhibitive action of SJZG on acute and effect inflammation in mice induced by dimethylbenzene on the ear of mice, granuloma was observed. SJZG could anti-inflammatory and elevate pain markedly and depress osmosis of abdomen capillary vessel. [ Conclusion ] SJZG has a significant anti-inflammation and analgesia action.
