摘　　要：分析了福建农产品加工产业发展现状,针对食品消费变化趋势对农产品加工产业发展的要求提出加强海西特色农产品加工关键技术的创新与应用,依靠科技进步支撑海峡西岸特色农产品加工产业发展的措施建议。This study analyzed the development situation of agricultural products processing industries. Based on the requirements for the Improvement of the agricultural products processing industries by the change tendency of food consumption, this study proposed the suggestions including the innovation and application of key technologies of the west side of straits characteristic agricultural products processing should be strengthened and the development of characteristic agricultural products processing industries on the west side of straits should be supported by the advancement of science and technology.
