摘　　要：高技术企业作为社会经济发展的主要动力之一,对国民经济的正常运行和稳步增长起到了举足轻重的作用。首先分析了高技术企业成长的内涵,然后从企业内部、产业以及社会环境等三个层面分析了高技术企业成长的影响因素,以期能对高技术企业顺利成长相关政策的制定有所启发。As one of the major impetuses for socio-economic development,high-tech enterprises have played an increasingly important role in the normal operation and steady growth of the national economy.The paper analyzes the connotation of the growth of high-tech enterprises,and discusses the influence factors from such dimensions as enterprise,industry and social environment,so as to contribute to the establishment of the policies on the growth of high-tech enterprises.
