摘　　要：目的 探讨18F-FDG PET／CT显像在健康体检中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析317例以健康体检为目的的受检者的18F-FDG PET／CT显像结果。结果在317例体检者中检出有病变者310例，检出率为97．79％，检出常见病为脂肪肝（24．29％），其次为椎体骨质增生（17．98％）、椎间盘膨出（17．03％）、上颌窦炎（14．51％）、上颌窦囊肿（12．30％）、肝囊肿（9．15％）、子宫肌瘤（7．26％）、肾囊肿（6．31％）。检出恶性肿瘤2例，其中1例为甲状腺癌．1例为胃间盾瘤。结论18F-FDG PET／CT显像在健康体检中有较大的应用价值。Objective To discuss the clinical value of 18F -fluorodeoxyglucose （FDG） PET/CT imaging in healthy adults. Methods Reviewed PET/CT images of 317 healthy adults examination. Results There were 310 cases lesion with detection rate of 97.79% ,detected common disease was fat liver（24.29% ） ,next were hyperosteogeny（ 17. 98% ）,intervertebral （ 17.03% ）, genyantritis （ 14.51% ）, maxillary cyst （ 12.30% ）, hepatic cyst （ 9.15 % ）, hysteromyoma （ 7.26% ） and renal cyst （6.31% ）. Detected 2 cases of malignant tumor, one was thyroid cancer, and the other was gastr -interstitialoma. Conclusions There is significant value of 18F -FDG PET/CT imaging in heahhy adults examination.
