摘 要:为防止微孔钻削过程中钻头折断,开发了基于虚拟仪器的微孔钻削在线监测系统。该系统能够完成主轴电动机电流信号的采集、数据处理、存储显示以及报警退刀等操作。具有硬件结构简单、监测精度高、抗干扰能力强等优点。实验结果表明,应用该系统进行微孔钻削在线监测,可以有效避免微钻头的折断,提高钻头的利用率。An automatic control system of on-line micro hole drilling monitoring based on virtual instruments is developed to avoid the drill breaking during the process of micro hole drilling. The system can accomplish the signal collection, the data treatment and storage of the electrical currents of the spindle motor accompanying with the warning and the withdrawal of the drill once the overload of the electrical currents of the spindle motor. It has many advantages, such as simple structure, high monitoring precision, strong anti-jamming ability, and so on. The test results have shown that on-line micro hole drilling monitoring with the above system can avoid effectively the drill breaking and improve the utilization ratio of the drill.
