摘　　要：中国台湾地区高等教育评鉴制度的构建始于20世纪70年代,至今发展30余年,特别是近年推动的全台大学系所评鉴制度,成为台湾教育改革的重点举措。本文就中国台湾地区高等教育评鉴制度构建的历史和现行评鉴制度的运行状况做出梳理,分析其评鉴制度的特点,从中获得高等教育品质保障制度建立的有益借鉴,以期为有效开展两岸教育交流提供帮助。The Construction of higher education evaluation system in Taiwan region of China began in the 1970s. With 30 -years development, especially in recent years, the performance evaluation of all Taiwan universities becomes the focus of Taiwan educational reform. This article introduces the evolution and status quo of evaluation system in Taiwan, analyzes its characteristics, and provides with useful reference for China's Mainland to establish a higher education quality assurance system so as to oromote the cross -strait exchanges and collaborations effectively.
