摘　　要：以自然-经济-社会复合生态系统原理为基础,从社会进步、经济发展和环境保护三个方面构建了青岛市生态环境可持续发展能力评价指标体系,结合统计数据,运用AHP法与综合评价法,对青岛市1997-2006年的生态环境可持续发展能力进行评估,并对其动态变化进行了分析。结果表明:青岛市生态环境可持续发展能力综合指数由1997年的0.229上升到2006年的0.795,呈逐年上升趋势,可持续发展能力不断提高。经济发展和环境保护因素对促进青岛市生态环境可持续发展的作用明显,1977-2004年社会发展始终落后于经济、环境发展,社会因素制约着青岛市可持续发展。According to the principle of ecological system involving nature, economy and society, this paper establishes an evaluation index system for sustainable development of ecology environment of Qingdao in terms of social progress, economic development and environmental protection, and then by means of analytic hierarchy process and comprehensive evaluation method, the paper evaluates the capacity of sustainable development of ecological environment from 1997 to 2006 in Qingdao City, and analyzes its dynamic change. The result indicates that comprehensive index of the capacity of sustainable development of ecological environment of the city is increasing, and that economic development and environmental protection greatly promote the sustainable development of ecological environment of Qingdao City.
