Quality Analysis of Different Introduced Sweet Potato Varieties and Local Varieties in Ya'an

摘  要:[目的]选择适于雅安推广种植的优质甘薯品种。[方法]在相同条件下种植不同甘薯品种,对其品质进行分析比较。[结果]供试品种中,农大22、豫薯7号的蛋白质含量较低,但其他品质指标均相对较好,综合品质佳;遗306、豫薯5号的淀粉含量较高;豫薯4号的蛋白质含量较高,显著高于供试的多数甘薯品种。[结论]农大22、豫薯7号的综合品质佳,适宜于在雅安推广种植;遗306、豫薯5号可作为饲料、酿酒等行业的原料种植;豫薯4号适宜作为食品行业的原料种植。[Objective] The research aimed to select high quality sweet potato varieties which was suitable to be cultivated and promoted in Yaan. [ Method] Quality of eleven sweet potato varieties were determined and analyzed comparatively by cultivating different varieties in different conditions. [ Result ] In the tested varieties, every quality index of Nongda 22 and Yushu 7th .was high except protein content, and integrated qual- ity was high. Starch content of Yi 306 and Yushu 5th were higher,And protein content of Yushu 4th was significantly greater than that of majority of sweet potato varieties. [ Conclusion] Nongda 22 and Yushu 7th had better integrated quality and were suitable to be cultivated in Ya'an widely. Yi 306 and Yushu 5th could be used as raw materials in feed and wine industries and so on. And Yushu 4th was appropriate to be used as raw ma- terials in food industry.
