摘　　要：改变传统的管理方式,实施施工企业的信息化建设和应用是推进施工企业管理现代化进程的重要课题。针对施工企业的特点,介绍了施工企业实施信息化的重要性及施工企业如何面对信息化,分析了施工企业信息化体系架构,重点论述了施工企业信息化建设的实施方案,讨论了施工企业信息化建设的目标,对我国施工企业实施信息化建设做了必要的研究与探讨。Changing the traditional management style and implementing the informatization of construction enterprise is an important subject for promoting the modernization of construction enterprise. In relation to the style of the construction enterprise, this paper introduces the importance for implementing the infonnatization and how to face the informationzation for the construction enterprise, analyzes the architecture of the informatization, discusses the implementation plan and the ,aim of the informatization construction, researches and investigates the informatizafion construction in our country.
