摘　　要：大学扩招以来,大学生就业形势日趋严峻。贫困大学生是大学生就业竞争中的弱势群体,他们的就业问题由于家庭经济、社会关系、自身素质等因素变得尤为突出。针对高校贫困大学生就业难的成因进行全面、深入的分析,思考探索解决的途径,并提出相应的就业指导对策,帮助贫困大学生克服就业障碍,成功就业。Employment has become harder and harder with the increased enrollment of university students.The poorer students are comparatively weak in the employment competition.Their employment turns out to be particularly hard due to the influences of their family incomes,social relations and their own quality.The paper provides with a thorough analysis on the reasons of the hard employment of the poorer students,tends to find out the way to solve the problem,and give the employment guidance to clear away the employment obstacles.
